Our Employee Spotlight series is designed to welcome and highlight the many talented individuals who bring their special skills to Elite Converting. 

Corey has been part of the Elite Converting team for 24 years, joining us in 2001. Prior to Elite, he worked as a printing press operator producing lottery tickets for multiple states and countries — a role that required precision, focus, and consistency. Those same qualities make him a valued member of our converting team today, where accuracy and reliability matter every single day.

What Corey appreciates most about Elite is the relationships he’s built over the years and the daily interactions with his coworkers. After more than two decades, those connections have become just as meaningful as the work itself.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time golfing, hunting, and fishing — activities that reflect his steady, patient nature. When asked what wisdom he lives by, he shared: “Be present. Don’t get lost in future worries or past regrets.” It’s advice that speaks to both his character and his approach to life.

Corey’s favorite charity is Wayside Cross Ministries. He values the transformational hope and care they provide through mentorship and guidance, helping individuals change the direction of their lives.

In celebration of Corey’s many years of dedication and contribution to Elite Converting, we are proud to contribute $1,000 to Wayside Cross Ministries in his honor.
