Employee Spotlight: ADRIAN ANDRADE

Our Employee Spotlight series is designed to welcome and highlight the many talented individuals who bring their special skills to Elite Converting.

Adrian Andrade joined Elite Converting in 2019 and has been a valued member of our team for the past seven years. Before Elite, his experience included assisting in the manufacture of electronic components—work that required precision, consistency, and a strong attention to detail. Those same qualities have translated seamlessly into his role here, where quality and reliability matter every day.

One of the things he enjoys most about working at Elite Converting is tackling new projects and challenges. He takes pride in the effort it takes to make things turn out right, and he approaches each job with care, focus, and a willingness to learn. That mindset makes him a trusted and dependable part of our operation.

Outside of work, his time is centered around family. Whether it’s going out together, playing with his children, or enjoying activities at home, family time is a priority and a source of joy for him.

When asked what wisdom he would share, he said: “Take advantage of every opportunity to learn and grow—don’t be afraid of making mistakes, as they are an essential part of the journey.” It’s advice that reflects both his work ethic and his approach to life.

In celebration of Adrian’s current, past and future contributions to our Elite Converting team, we will be contributing $1,000 to his favorite charity, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
