Bob has been with Elite Converting for 36 years, bringing decades of experience, dedication, and industry knowledge to the team. With a background as a machine operator at Shorr Paper and Kenny Paper, Bob built a strong foundation in the business and has contributed valuable skill and insight throughout a long and successful career.

Known for turning opportunities into solutions, Bob values the positive working environment and the people at Elite, qualities that have made a lasting impact over the years. His experience, reliability, and problem-solving mindset have helped support the work we do every day.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time fishing and gardening, hobbies that reflect patience, focus, and appreciation for the process. When asked what advice he would give his younger self, Bob shared, “Don’t be afraid to take chances.” It’s simple advice, but a powerful reminder to embrace opportunities and trust where they may lead.

Bob also shared that the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is a cause close to his heart. The foundation supports veterans, first responders, and their families, reflecting values of service and support that resonate deeply.

In celebration of Bob’s current, past, and future contributions to our Elite Converting team, we will be contributing $1,000 to Tunnel to Towers Foundation in his honor.
