Damon Schultz joined Elite Converting in 2020, initially coming on board as a consultant and project coordinator during a time when adaptability mattered most. With demand shifting, Damon played a key role in recruiting and coordinating with external converting partners to meet evolving needs. By the end of that summer, Damon transitioned into a
full-time role, expanding his responsibilities across company operations.
Prior to joining Elite, Damon built a strong Marketing career and led a sales team, bringing a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and leadership to the group. Damon is known for his collaborative approach and focus on efficiency—working alongside the team to find the best, most effective ways to get the job done. His ability to connect people, processes, and solutions continues to make a meaningful impact across operations and with
customers.
Outside of work, Damon enjoys spending time with his family—often combining
that with his love of baseball (having visited every Major League ballpark at least once), live music, and traveling to explore new places. Whether it’s a game, a concert, or a new destination, those moments together are what matter most.
When asked what advice he would share, Damon keeps it simple and grounded: "Be present, intentional, thoughtful, and true to yourself and those around you."
A cause especially close to Damon’s heart is Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center, a community that provides support, resources, and care for individuals and families impacted by cancer. After being diagnosed with stage 4 leiomyosarcoma, Damon found strength,
connection, and support through Waterford Place—a place that continues to make a meaningful difference in his life.
In recognition of Damon’s contributions to the Elite Converting team, we are proud to support a cause that means so much to him by making a donation to Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center.
