Silvia started working with us 31 years ago. She has been a loyal and dedicated employee and is now the Team
Lead in Elite Converting’s Contract Converting department. With years of experience assembling kits and retail packs, Silvia can help Elite Converting customers find solutions that will save them time and reinforce their brand images.
Silvia enjoys her work and loves that she can help customers. Her free time is spent either with her family or shopping. More than
anything, Silvia is incredibly grateful to have a job that allows her to provide for the family she adores. When asked what advice she might give her younger self, she didn’t hesitate in reminding herself, “Focus on your work during the day and then get home to your family.”
Given how much her family means to her, it is no surprise that Silvia’s favorite charity circles back to her family and her faith. In celebration of
Silvia Salinas and the contributions we expect she will continue making to our Elite Converting team, we will be contributing $1,000 to her favorite charity, Pope St. John Paul II Catholic Academy
