Edith Granados is a key member of Elite Tape’s production team Our Employee Spotlight series aims to highlight the many talented individuals who work at Elite Tape. A little more than three years ago, Edith joined us after working for several years as the quality control person at her
previous company. With her hardworking nature, focus on quality, shipping experience, desire to learn anything and everything, and confident smile, Edith was a natural choice to join the Elite Tape team. “I love learning from Manuel and Tyrone. They have taught me so much and have brilliant minds for machines and converting.” Edith also knows the value of a strong team culture celebrating her love of Elite Tape’s summer
hours policy, “I love Elite summer hours…they are the best!” |

| In her free time Edith enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend, Walter and her “children” Kabocha, Brittney, Amber, Kelly,
Roxanne, and Big Red. We receive egg updates every Monday morning. She is also a self-proclaimed “fun godmother” to several human children. |
When asked what advice she might give her younger self, surprisingly, despite her youth, she rolled out some good ones: “Value yourself for who you are,” “Make genuine connections,” “Use your time wisely,” and “Speak less, listen more.” Wow! Knowing Edith as we do by now and having seen many displays of her kind and generous heart, it was no surprise that her favorite charity
provides housing, support systems and life skills for those experiencing abuse and health issues in our local area. In celebration of Edith Granados and her outstanding past and expected future contributions to our company, Elite Tape will be contributing $1,000 to her favorite charity HESED HOUSE.
