Our Employee Spotlight series aims to highlight the many talented individuals who work at Elite Tape. 

With a history of working in sales support and customer service positions throughout her career, Ally Woody was the logical choice when Elite Tape was in need of expertise. With her infectious laugh, great sense of humor, commitment to excellence and passion for our customers, five years later no one is sure what we would do without Ally. “I love customer service. It’s part of the front line in every business. I enjoy knowing that I play an integral part in either making it or breaking it.” 

Ally also knows the value of a strong team, “I love our team. Without exception, we all work hard and we all like and respect each other. It’s an overall great environment.” 

In her free time Ally enjoys working in her yard, taking road trips and spending time with her very large, extended family. 

When asked what advice she might give her younger self, she was not shorthanded with her wisdom:

“Save more, spend less.” 

“Take control of your life by making good and right decisions. This relies on character. Living with regrets stinks. I had a good friend tell me once that adversity doesn’t build character, it reveals it!”  

Ally is a person of great character and moral fortitude. She also has a huge heart. Therefore it is no surprise to us that her favorite charities involve the support of those making the ultimate sacrifice. 

In celebration of Ally Woody and her countless contributions to our company, Elite Tape will be donating $1,000 to her favorite charity DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS.
