Description

Elite Tape offers Metal Detectable Foil Tapes for splicing and bonding to HSE & LSE films, fabric, foils, rubber, sponge, foam and a wide variety of substrates for use in many applications.

Elite’s Metal Detectable tapes include thin layered aluminum foil strips which are fully detectable on most industrial metal detection systems and those systems will not compromise the adhesion or tensile strength of the tapes. The strips of foil will “trigger” the metal detectors to allow operators to remove the tape and continue in web processing or recycling processes.

METAL DETECTABLE FOIL TAPE

Elite Tape’s Metal Detectable Tape Line includes #526RF which is a 8.6 mil. highly visible, “Bright Red”, High Tack Rubber Based adhesive for LSE substrates at low operating temperatures.

579PF
METAL DETECTABLE FOIL TAPE

Elite Tape #579PF an 11.1 mil. highly visible, “Bright Purple”, tackified acrylic adhesive for use on HSE & LSE substrates at slightly higher short-term temperatures. UV & Plasticizer resistant adhesive system.

Superior as an alternative to the highly recognized “UGLY Tapes” that are industry known.

525BLF
METAL DETECTABLE FOIL TAPE

Elite Tape #525BLF is a 9.9 mil. tape that has a super soft, black, acrylic based adhesive system providing superior adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. Excellent alternative to Ugly Tape for high-speed flying splice. Ideal for splicing LSE materials.
